FAQ

Before you book, a few things to know.

Over twenty years between Bryan and his dad's carpet cleaning work — these are the questions that come up most. Didn't find what you needed? Ask Bryan directly.

01 Before your cleaning

How do I book a cleaning? add

Fill out the quote form, call (614) 000-0000, or text Bryan directly. We typically respond within 30 minutes during business hours and first thing the next morning otherwise.

How much does carpet cleaning cost? add

$59 for 1 room, $109 for 2 rooms, $139 for 3 rooms, +$40 for each additional. $119 minimum per job. See the full price list on our pricing page — every number is published, nothing is hidden.

Do you give free quotes? add

Yes, always free. Describe your rooms + services by form, phone, or text and we quote back the same day. For jobs that need an in-person look (severe pet damage, flood recovery, commercial), we can schedule a walkthrough at no charge.

What areas do you serve? add

We serve a 20-mile radius from Westerville — Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, New Albany, Gahanna, Worthington, Upper Arlington, and surrounding Central Ohio. Outside the radius? Ask for a custom quote.

Do I need to move furniture? add

Move small items like end tables and dining chairs if you can. We'll slide larger furniture safely. We don't move entertainment stands, dressers, beds, or large cabinets — but we can clean under raised beds.

02 During the cleaning

How long will my carpet take to dry? add

Typically 4 to 6 hours with hot water extraction — much quicker than most companies. If you want one-hour dry time, we also offer low-moisture bonnet cleaning on request.

Do I have to leave windows open to dry? add

No. Windows don't need to be open. You can open them if you like when the weather permits. Ceiling fans help speed drying. We avoid excessive water pressure that forces drying time up.

Are your products pet and kid safe? add

Yes. Our products are eco-friendly and VOC-free. We can also do a water-only hot water extraction if you have any concerns — just ask when booking. Pet-safe enzymatic treatment is available for urine spots.

Can I be home during the cleaning? add

Absolutely — most customers are. Bryan works around you and explains what he's doing as he goes. If you'd rather leave, just unlock the door and we'll text when done.

03 After the cleaning

Why did spots come back after my last cleaning? add

It's called "wicking" — deep carpet-padding dirt resurfaces when the carpet was over-saturated last time. B Clean uses proper heat, targeted product, and quick drying to minimize it.

How often should I get my carpet cleaned? add

Professional recommendation: every 12–18 months for standard use, every 6–9 months for homes with pets or heavy traffic. Bryan offers a gentle reminder service — no pressure, just a text when you're due.

What if a stain comes back? add

Call us. If it's a stain we committed to removing and it returns within 30 days, we come back and re-treat at no charge.

Do you offer carpet protectant? add

Yes — $20/room. Applied after cleaning while the carpet is still warm. Extends stain resistance and cleaning life significantly. Optional, not pushed.

04 Pricing & payment

Why is there a $119 minimum? add

It covers fuel, prep, and Bryan's time for small one-room visits. If your job totals more than $119, you only pay the quoted total — the minimum never stacks.

Does the quote change when you arrive? add

Only if the scope changes (extra rooms, severe pet damage we couldn't see in the photos, etc.) — and we tell you before starting. The published pricing is what you pay.

What forms of payment do you accept? add

Cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and ACH. Payment is due at completion of the cleaning.

Do you offer discounts? add

We don't run promos that make you feel like you paid too much last time. Our pricing is always the same — same for you, same for your neighbor.

05 The fun one

Your name is Bryan Wilson. Weren't you in the Beach Boys? add

No, but since you made it this far, Bryan will sing a Beach Boys line during your appointment if you request it.
